How does it work?

ProvePay facilitates transactions involving deposits or progress payments, particularly in scenarios where transactions are not instantaneous, such as projects with extended timelines from start to finish.

Submit the project

Submit the project brief and documents to ProvePay. We will scrutinize the documents and assist with agreements and negotiations between the supplier and buyer.

Receive a proof of funds certificate

We will collect the full payment from the buyer. The proof of funds certificate will be sent out to the supplier as soon as the funds have cleared into the ProvePay account.

Deliver the goods/service and get paid

Deliver the goods/service to the buyer. After proof of delivery is received along with signing off from the buyer, the full invoice amount will be paid out to the service provider.

Our fee structure

There is a minimum fee of R250 (excl VAT) per transaction.

The total fee can be paid by either the buyer, seller or split equally between the buyer and seller.

No. VAT will be added to the fee you see on our fee calculator.

ProvePay will receive confirmation from both buyer and seller that the deal has been concluded. We will release the funds to the seller via bank payment.

Note: Instant payments can be requested at an additional fee of R100 per transaction.
